What is Snoring?

According to the Mayo Clinic, snoring is the hoarse or harsh sound that occurs when air flows past relaxed tissues in your throat, causing the tissues to vibrate as you breathe.

Everyone will experience snoring at one point or another, but when chronic or loud snoring happens, it can really get in the way of a good night sleep, consequentially impacting the quality of life of the sufferer.
