3. Limit Social Media & News Intake

It can be easy to be caught in an endless tunnel of scrolling through social media. Unfortunately, channels like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram can bombard us with negative news and opinions that can really take a toll on our mental health. Try limiting your social media intake to a shortened period of time each day. Do the same for news intake. Set a time for media consumption, and then once that time is up, focus on relationships and social interactions off screen.
