Standing Forward Bend, or Uttanasana, helps to get a deep stretch on the back of the legs, alleviating symptoms of RLS. You can practice this pose anytime you are experiencing discomfort in your legs. When you come out of this pose, remember to roll up one vertebrae at a time to avoid any dizziness.
