Seated Head to Knee Forward Bend

Seated Head to Knee Forward Bend, or Paschimottanasana, will help stretch and open up the back of the legs along with the lower back. When in this pose, stay for 5 to 10 deep breaths. If the knees are tender, remember to keep a generous bend and use props as necessary.
