1. Face your partner with two arms lengths between you
2. Come into Chair Pose and spread your arms into a T
3. Maintaining Chair Pose, gently twist to the right and clasp your partner’s hand as they twist
4. Lean back and use each other’s weight to balance and control the twist
5. Repeat on the other side
