Yoga Poses to Help Osteoporosis
1. Bridge Pose
This pose will stretch your body yet shower you with a relaxing sensation.
Your lower back forms a mild arch while raising your hips, stretching your torso. If you find it too challenging, you can place your elbows on the floor beside you instead of stretching your hands underneath your hips. If you’re adept at yoga, you can stretch one leg upward to make it more challenging.
