Meditation DOES Improve Your Focus
Meditation hones in on your focusing abilities and allows you to internally reflect. Additionally, it will make you feel more in touch and present with the world around you. For example, in this study, research found that meditation helps reduce the startle effect or habituation often seen in someone who’s not paying attention. One step further than this, meditation is supposed to relieve your brain and encourage out-of-the-box thinking, increasing your problem-solving ability.
