2. Seated Twist in Easy Pose (Parivrtta Sukhasana)

Twisting yoga poses are great for lengthening and strengthening the spine.

1. Come into Easy Pose with your backs against each other
2. Inhale your arms up to the sky
3. Exhale, lowering your arms and twisting at your core to your right
4. Place back hand onto your partner’s left knee and your front hand onto your right knee
5. Repeat on the other side
