Viparita Karani is one of our favorite poses for relieving anxiety. This pose is quite self explanatory, you bring your hips as close to the wall as possible and then put your legs up against the wall. Laying in this posture relieves a considerable amount of stress. Anytime you feel heightened anxiety, get into this pose, deepen your breath and start to let your body fully relax.
