Cat Pose
This is a combination of the Cat and Cow poses. The Cat Pose arches your back such that your chest is up and your head points downward. The Cow Pose makes you push your chest downward while you lift your head butt upward.
You should align your breath with switching from one pose to another. Inhale when in cat pose and exhale when in cow pose. Alternating this two helps you time your breathing and improves your lung capacity.
