And not just that! A study from the Clinical Trials Registry of India has highlighted the positive effects of regular yoga practice on children’s physical growth.
The randomized trial concluded that school-aged children who engage in a regular yoga regimen demonstrate improved levels of fitness, physical function, self-esteem and cognitive function.
