3. Head to Knee Forward Bend (Paschimottanasana)

For those who are not able to replicate the default pose, you can do a variant of it with support. Fold blankets and sit on them. Stretch your legs making sure your heels stay in contact with the floor.

Lean your torso and attempt to place your forehead on your knee. If it won’t reach, put a blanket or yoga block on your knee and rest your head on it. Breathe slowly and relax.
