I am a certified LA based Yoga Teacher . . .
Teaching for 6+ years specializing in Power Vinyasa Yoga focused on alignment, physical benefit for the body and helping others achieve a sense of calm and revitalization. Currently teaching at premier studios in the Los Angeles area, private clients and corporate wellness environments. I teach a variety of classes including Vinyasa, Power Body Sculpt, Gentle Flow Yoga and Yin.

I became a teacher because . . .
Yoga helped me find balance, strength, and calmness on and off the mat. I was living in Los Angeles with a hectic schedule and a high stress career in the fashion industry, feeling like work life consumed my time and my mind. I had two phones, two laptops, and constantly checking emails, voicemails, texts all of it! I was “always on” never having a moment to myself. I Practiced yoga as an outlet to relieve stress and “disconnect” (literally- no phones allowed in the studio). After every session I felt recharged, refocused, and a sense of calm that helped me to better navigate through my life. My personal transformation physically, emotionally and mentally inspired me to teach and share with others how yoga can positively impact their life as well.

My goal is . . .
To help others achieve a sense of balance, serenity, reduce stress and anxiety, through providing yoga that is accessible for every ‘body’.
I offer an accessible Yoga Practice that is convenient and effective. All my videos are accessible anywhere, anytime and tailored for any level practitioner! Videos are 30 minutes or less to easily fit into your busy schedule. Adding yoga daily will benefit and positively transform your physical, mental and emotional well-being.
