Jesse Sage is a writer, model, and YouTuber. Her interest in yoga began as a teenager and has grown into a necessity. She is passionate about how yoga can help anyone feel better and how it can be adapted to be personalized to every body, age and physical need. She mainly practices Vinyasa Yoga but is open to learning and sharing as much as she can. She earned her Bachelor’s in Individualized Studies from Goddard College with a thesis in alternative education in 2011. She lives in Sarasota, Florida where she spends her time by the water as much as possible.
