Claudia Pantani


Besides being a writer, Claudia is a dance and movement teacher and performer currently based in Montreal, Canada. A passionate traveler, she completed her Yoga Alliance teacher’s training in Vrindavan, India in 2011 and has been integrating asanas and mindfulness into her practice ever since. Yoga has helped her to heal the common back pain that came with intense professional dance training, as well as providing her with insightful tools to design and deliver a wide range of workshops and classes – from kids yoga to movement workshops tailored to the needs of professional actors. She is a strong believer in the positive effects the yoga practice has on mental health as well as on the body.

When she’s not writing, you will find her participating in improv shows, screen acting or teaching movement workshops. She’s also passionate about animal welfare. She regularly fosters rescues and is often available for pet sitting.
