Yoga is a powerful source of grounding energy and it is Ben’s mission to share this strength with all those he encounters in life. He believes the greatest teacher is also the greatest student and he strives to continually expand his understanding of the yogic tradition with experience in Ashtanga, Yin, Iyengar, Bikram, Power Vinyasa, Nidra, and Kundalini. He is RYT 500-hour trained and certified certified in body anatomy, mythology, meditation and breath-work, sound healing, chakra balance, and sports training.Through his Yoga teaching he focuses on giving others access to a deep authentic experience of faith and the joy, power and freedom that are unleashed as a result.
