Amanda is a certified Mind Body Wellness coach as well as a certified Yoga instructor. She has over 500 hours of training under her belt including under the legendary, Diamond Dallas Page, with his DDPY program. She is a passionate vegan, suicide survivor, mental health advocate and the creator of Happiness Boost, a program that teacher others, regardless of circumstances, how to reach their happiness potential.
