Allison has been in the yoga world for 10 years and has been on several yoga retreats around the world practicing and teaching. In 2015 she took her first 200 hour teacher training at Yoga Shanti, one of the top NYC yoga studios with teachers, Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman. Soon after Allison completed her 300 hour Jivamukti certification, an intensive month in India with Founder Sharon Gannon and Jivamukti facilitators. This is where Allison witnessed the magical shifts in perception yoga creates when incorporating into your everyday life.
Allison’s classes are known to be fun and uplifting, while aiming to coach students with their practice and alignment. Allison is a firm believer in connecting the body and mind while finding tools that help with challenges both on the mat and off in daily life.
Allison’s studies include anatomy of yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Jivamukti, Restorative, Meditation, B.K.S Iyengar, body scans, breathe work.
She stays inspired by fitness, writing, music, traveling, theater and the arts. She strives to leave a place better than when she arrived.
