What is Carpal Tunnel Syndrome & How Can Yoga Help? - Yoga Pose

2. Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II)

Start by separating your feet more than hip width distance apart. Turn one foot forward until the front foot and back foot are perpendicular from one another. Bend into that front leg and knee until you feel a nice stretch in that front hip and hamstring. Once you’ve found your footing, lift your arms until they are parallel to the floor. If you have trouble with your balance, try doing this pose against a wall to help support your posture.

Lifting the arms with control and making a long line from the right fingertips to the left fingertips creates a deep stretch and opening in the arms and hands that is really beneficial for carpal tunnel syndrome.
